1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service made available through haha88.one (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not create or maintain an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and haha88 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided through the Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on haha88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as mandated under applicable law and by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Age verification will be conducted during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may only hold one active haha88 account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under assumed identities, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on haha88 or any related platform at the time of registration or ongoing use.
• Not a Company Employee: Directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents of haha88 and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in wagering activities on the Platform.

haha88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming features, you must register a haha88 account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The registration process requires:

• A valid Philippine mobile number or email address;
• A secure password of your choosing;
• Confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and
• Acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, haha88 is required by law and by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or PRC ID);
• A selfie or proof-of-liveness photograph where required; and
• Proof of address, where requested by the compliance team.

KYC documents submitted during business hours are typically reviewed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. haha88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) due diligence obligations. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being withheld until compliance is satisfied.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Notify haha88 immediately if your registered mobile number, email address, or any other account detail changes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and may vary for bank transfers and cryptocurrency. haha88 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your haha88 wallet upon confirmation by the payment processor. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency deposits are subject to respective network confirmation times.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. haha88 operates a "return to source" policy where reasonably practicable — withdrawal requests will be processed to the same method used for the originating deposit where technically feasible.

haha88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts with incomplete KYC will be held in pending status until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

The Platform's primary currency is Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. haha88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PHP value of cryptocurrency transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

haha88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds carry wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game Weightings: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced percentage or may not contribute at all. Game contribution weightings are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified per promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be applied to an account at any given time unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits per round or spin apply as specified per promotion. Placing bets exceeding these limits may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: haha88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any form of advantage play intended to extract bonus value without genuine recreational gaming intent.
• Free Spins: Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Rules & Conduct

All games on haha88 are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review game rules prior to placing any wager. By placing a bet on haha88, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game selected.

haha88's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee any specific outcome during any individual gaming session.

Sports betting markets on haha88 are subject to the rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of a market settlement dispute, haha88's decision, made in accordance with its published sports betting rules, is final. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time if data integrity issues arise. Bets placed on void events will be refunded at the stake amount.

All live dealer games are subject to the rules presented by the dealer at the commencement of each round. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a live dealer game, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's technical incident policy. haha88 will not be liable for losses arising from technical incidents beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of any game malfunction, system error, or software fault, the affected game session will be declared void and stakes will be returned to the player's account. haha88 is not liable for losses caused by game malfunctions. Any winnings generated as a result of a documented software fault or RNG error may be voided and will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on haha88 and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, maintaining, or using more than one haha88 account;
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false, stolen, or fictitious personal information;
• Underage Gambling: Using or attempting to use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating underage access by another person;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Use of Automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in lieu of genuine human play;
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing games or transferring value to another player through intentional play manipulation;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or odds errors to place bets with a guaranteed positive expected value not sanctioned by haha88;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity. haha88 is required by Philippine anti-money laundering law (AMLA) to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC);
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits after using the deposited funds for gaming activities; and
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward haha88 staff or other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

haha88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing you financial or personal difficulties, please use the following tools available from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum amounts you are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each gaming session with automatic logout reminders.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the haha88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, video content, audio content, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of haha88 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any automated data collection, scraping, or harvesting tools on the Platform; or
• Use haha88's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of haha88's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and international law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

haha88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a haha88 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

haha88 processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, regulatory compliance (including AML and KYC obligations under Philippine law), fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have provided consent, direct marketing communications. haha88 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Data subjects have rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data. To exercise these rights, contact haha88 at [email protected].

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, haha88's aggregate liability to you for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your haha88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

haha88 expressly excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently risk-bearing activities you undertake voluntarily;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption;
• Platform unavailability or downtime caused by factors beyond haha88's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events; and
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits haha88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

haha88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been violated;
• The account is being used for prohibited activities as described in Section 7;
• KYC verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable timeframe;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted;
• Regulatory, AML, or fraud-prevention obligations require account restriction; or
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after resolution of pending bets and after deduction of any amounts owed by the player to haha88 will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to applicable legal holds and regulatory requirements.

You may close your own haha88 account at any time by submitting a request to customer support. Account closure does not affect accrued rights or obligations arising prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact haha88 customer support to seek an informal resolution. haha88 will attempt to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted in writing to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms for gaming-related complaints. haha88 cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations and player complaint processes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

haha88 may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent on-Platform notice at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be implemented without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at haha88.one/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
